We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request for a return.

To be eligible for a return reimbursement, your ordered item(s) must be in the same condition as it was originally received, unused, with ALL the originally included repair kit pieces and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is accepted, we will grant a(n) RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) by email. When returning item(s), please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund other than for a faulty item, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back without first requesting a(n) RMA# will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item in order for us to evaluate the issue and in good faith, make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable item(s) / Included User Guide Public Notice
gripFIT Collar Repair Kits returned with missing components are non refundable. This includes the Step-By-Step user guide. The included user guide is strictly prohibited from being replicated and distributed by any means including; but not limited to: on social media posts such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and like, digital online forums such as Reddit, by means of peer to peer sharing both digitally and physically, email, facsimile et al without the written consent and permission of NoMoreBaconNeck.com …the sole and independent proprietor of the gripFIT Collar Repair Kit.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above said, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days for any reason and without a justification considering the item(s) originally ordered are in the same condition that they were received, with all the originally packaged components and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
